How do you work out the effectiveness of a website? The real question to ask is, will this website help my audience help them solve their problems easily? Not just functionally will it work, but will it work well, will it be able to be done with easy, will it build anticipation around how you can help them solve their problems? All websites aren’t made equally.
While the team at Commonfolk has the best coffee on the Mornington Peninsula and the locals could enjoy their offerings in-store and at home, those further afield were missing out. We redesigned the website from the ground up and put a store at the centre. Since we've launched we've seen significantly improved sales and web traffic. Not only do they serve great coffee but they have a fantastic initiative that helps their Ugandan 'neighbours' too!
