This role is for someone with the skill and desire to make beautiful and functional spaces online. You can see when something isn’t working and aren’t afraid to speak up. Your eye for detail means your work is always of a high standard. In this role you’ll be working across a number of projects, so you:
Are Highly organised with great attention to detail. You multi-task like a boss and can stick to strict timelines on a number of projects.
Have experience with platforms like Squarespace, Shopify and Wordpress and are confident to build from scratch or make tweaks to existing sites.
Are familiar with UX, UI and responsive design on all devices. You can troubleshoot and solve problems as you go.
You don’t mind pushing the boundaries or trying new things.
Are motivated, take initiative when the opportunity arises and are eager to learn. You are reliable and punctual because you love what you do.
Are not a time waster, or a know-it-all. You know it’s ok to ask questions, and have a can-do attitude and good sense of humour.
Your position is part time with potential to grow as the business does, starting with three days a week. Day to day, your role includes developing websites on a variety of platforms, making changes to existing client sites, interacting with clients where necessary and working with in house designers.
You are a graduate or have two or more years experience in a similar position. Salaries start at $50k a year, pro rata and is negotiable depending on your qualification. If you’re awesome, we’ll make sure that you’re compensated appropriately.
