We're a creative agency dedicated
to seeing small businesses thrive online through strategic digital communication.

Hi! We're onetoo!

We are a small bunch of digital natives who live, work and play on the Mornington Peninsula. We love helping small businesses and artsy-folk get on the web and provide them with the digital marketing tools to thrive. You're probably visiting this site because you're passionate about something.

Why do we do it? Simply, because we love it! We love the challenge, we love the variety and we really love seeing small businesses thrive and reach their potential.

Marcel McCarthy

Creative Director

Paring creativity and psychology theory, Marcel takes a wholistic approach to onetoo’s projects. Unifying function and form, his goal is to create work that is both effective and beautiful. Striving to deliver solutions to real world problems, in an nuanced and thought-provoking way.

When he’s not coming up with the next big idea, and helping businesses reach their potential, you’ll find him drinking coffee, tracking down boutique gin [the brands are often amazing], snorkelling, and reading the latest issue of Monocle.

Sophie Hansen

Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant

After years of studying art and design theory, Sophie loves to connect design thinking with everyday situations. She’s a task person, with a list for everything, and likes nothing more than sitting in front of a new document ready to write, layout or plan.

She tends to keep print samples and paper scraps for years ‘just in case’, and would gladly choose a 1000 page publication project over any small job. Her dream is to be a curator in a library or gallery and when not at her desk you’ll find her cooking meals, playing tennis or reading a classic.

Samuel McCarthy

Marketing Assistant

Whilst studying marketing and economics at University, you’ll find Sam either with his head in a non-fiction book or trying to stay up to date with what’s new in digital marketing. He loves to dream about what could be, and make it practical.

Although he’s young – with a questionable moustache – he has a passion to learn and help business succeed. His dream occupation looks like sitting in a cafe somewhere in Japan, helping brands create a digital presence that has a lasting impact on their world.

Lachlan Scallion

Photographer

Lachlan spends 80% of his time in funky shirts, once ate bread and tomato sauce every meal for 2 days and thinks peanut butter is the best condiment. He also works as a wedding photographer across Melbourne.
